POST 5: CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

Reflecting on my career path, I can't help but imagine possible improvements that could enhance my learning experience and future career prospects. By looking at different aspects of my career, I've identified areas where positive change can make a difference. First, I believe that an up-to-date curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application is essential. By providing additional hands-on experience, internships and real-world projects, students will gain valuable industry skills and knowledge to better prepare them for the job. In addition, the inclusion of interdisciplinary courses broadens perspectives and fosters innovation.

Second, re-evaluating academic workload is critical to ensuring student balance and well-being. The introduction of a flexible credit system will allow students to personalize their learning depending on their interests and abilities. This approach will allow students to study a variety of subjects and participate in extracurricular activities, contributing to their all-round development. Second, investing in modern infrastructure and technology will significantly improve learning conditions. State-of-the-art facilities, well-equipped laboratories and interactive learning spaces create an environment conducive to innovation and collaboration. In addition, the integration of advanced technologies such as virtual reality simulations and online learning platforms will increase accessibility and accommodate different learning styles.

Ultimately, the introduction of innovative teaching methods will change the learning process. Incorporating active learning strategies such as group discussions, case studies, and project-based assessment will help develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Encouraging open dialogue between students and faculty and promoting mentoring programs creates a supportive learning community. In summary, by anticipating and implementing these changes in my career, I want to improve my education and increase my readiness for professional life. While these recommendations may not be fully aligned with current realities, they serve as a vision for improving the learning experience, where usability, personalization, and innovation are prioritized.
